Adapted sessions, strengthening, and stretching work targeted on the arms, legs, back, and pelvic floor to better prepare for childbirth, improve posture, reduce pain and discomfort experienced during pregnancy. We work in close collaboration with obstetricians and osteopaths to ensure a personalized and safe follow-up during and after pregnancy.
