Melissa’s love for movement began at a young age while taking ballet and contemporary dance classes after school in Mauritius where she was born and raised.
Trained by Alan Herdman in London, the man who brought Pilates to the UK in the early seventies, she is a certified Level 3 and all apparatus instructor and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
Melissa’s interest in wellness grew while living in Asia, which led her to think about the best options for keeping her body at its best for as long as possible. She began practicing yoga and then Pilates where she quickly experienced its wonders. Wanting to bring together her long-standing fascination with the body, her passion for dance and her desire to have a deeper relationship with herself and others, she ended her long career as a designer to become a Pilates instructor.
Specializing in private and small group classes, Melissa’s workouts are tailored and dynamic. She believes that precision and technique are fundamental to achieving results. She will lead you to your goals with joy, patience and dedication.

After spending several years in the Communication sector, Laetitia decided to change her career path and concentrate on her passion: movement, which she discovered at an early age by taking ballet and acrobatic gymnastics classes.

After many years of practising Pilates, she realises that Pilates is a holistic method that has benefits for both body and mind; indeed after each session she finds serenity. Pilates has also opened her up to body awareness: knowing and correcting her body’s imbalances but also its strengths.
Trained in Paris, École À-LYNE – BALANCE BODY method, she is a certified instructor of level 3 and all apparatus and is a member of the pilate federation.
Her sessions, adapted to all levels, are tailored and caring because she believes that every body is different and every person is unique.
